(Marc h 30, 2008) "Fair and Balanced" (sic) Fox News claims that US bio-warfare lab Fort Detrick personnel have been linked to the still-unsolved 2001 anthrax attacks.

The allegedly weaponized anthrax was mailed to US Democrat Senators like Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy, who had opposed then Attorney General John Ashcroft's unconstitutional and Orwellian US PATRIOT (sic) Act, a 300 page document which appeared, just days after the 9/11 attacks.

It has been alleged that the US PATRIOT (sic) Act was passed in order to supplant the US Constitution and consolidate more power in the federal government.
