Hollinger International Inc. announced that six directors, including notorious Bush Cabalists Henry Kissinger, Richard Perle, and former Illinois Gov. Jim Thompson, are leaving the board, after the indictment by federal prosecutors of former Hollinger Chairman Conrad Black.

"Lord" Conrad Black was charged with fraud, stealing $51.8 million through phony non-compete contracts as well as other insider fraud using corporate funds.

Black, who was to be arraigned on Tuesday in Chicago did not appear, and his whereabouts are unknown.

The six directors who do not intend to stand for re-election are Richard R. Burt, Daniel W. Colson, Henry A. Kissinger, Shmuel Meitar, Richard N. Perle and James R. Thompson, according to Hollnger.

Replacing the departing Bush Cabalists will be John M. O'Brien, former Chief Financial Officer of The New York Times Company; and Cyrus F. Freidheim, Jr., former Chief Executive Officer of Chiquita Brands International and former Vice Chairman of Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

O'Brien and Freidheim replaced Conrad M. Black and Barbara Amiel-Black, who both resigned from the Board in June 2005.
