(January 6, 2013) Thomas Donahue Fletcher is an undercover CIA officer identifed to journalist Matthew Cole by former CIA officer John Kiriakou which has led to Kiriakou's prosecution and guilty plea -- to be sentenced to prison shortly.

Fletcher is reported to be the officer heading the CIA's waterboarding enhanced interrogation program.

NY Times does not print Fletcher's name but he was identified on several web sites in October 2012.

Cryptocomb reported then Fletcher was based at CIA headquarters and lived in Vienna, VA.

Joining infamously with Fletcher, but not yet publicly named, "CIA John" is reported to be the principal proponent of the CIA drone assassination program.
