The sexual harassment lawsuit against Fox media star Bill O'Reilly by Fox associate producer Andrea Mackris has been settled out of court for an estimated $2-10 million, according to the New York Daily News.

Sources say that O'Reilly will pay the money out of his own pocket, not the coffers of the "fair and balanced" sic Fox News.

Mackris will drop the sexual harassment suit against O'Reilly/ Fox and they will drop the extortion suit that waa filed against Mackris

The terms of the agreement were confidential, but it is doubtful if Mackris will ever work in this town again -- as they say.

O'Reilly is now free to hawk his kids' book, and his starring role on cable TV as a "conservative moralist" is secure, since the American public doesn't remember anything for more than 4.8 minutes.
