Author of the best-selling expose "The Conspirators: Secrets of an Iran Contra Insider," Al Martin was a former associate of Oliver North and General Richard Secord during the Iran Contra era.

As documented in his book (called "an unprecedented revelation of Bush Family crime" and "the hottest book in print"), there was rampant government fraud and egregious state-sanctioned criminal activities by the Bush Cabal. Just like now, except it was more in the shadows.

Today Al Martin is a political/ economic analyst, who calls himself a "Recovering Republican Scamscateer."

In his weekly column, Al Martin warns about the dangers of Bushonomics, including this bill in Congress, which will centralize power in the SEC on behalf of the Bush Cabal and deny the ability of states' attorney generals to prosecute securities firms for fraud against US citizens.
