What Vlad is doing is just maintaining tensions in Ukraine, waiting for the Ukrainian general elections this month where he intends to throw a monkey wrench into it by having so many Russian boots on the ground - wearing their hats as professional agitators and agents provocateur - in order to disrupt Ukrainian elections.
Uncle Vlad's plan is to continue the intimidation of Ukraine by sending Russian armed forces under the guise of professional agitators in order to destabilize Ukraine under the guise of protecting Russians. The Ukrainians tried to respond militarily by ousting so-called soft or undercover Russian forces in eastern Ukraine â and they were unable to do it. These are all Spetznaz forces because you canât send regular army personnel. This is also true for the United States. You canât send marines in who only had Parris Island boot camp training to be professional provocateurs. It takes more specialized training. And it also requires an entire support system and given the numbers involved with Russians effectively acting undercover in Ukraine bespeaks of the fact that Vlad had this pretty well planned out, because having that many people acting as provocateurs in another nation-state, you need some way to supply them covertly.
In other words, Vlad would not have been able to insert so many special forces under the guise of agents provocateurs, as the French would say, across the borders of a foreign nation -- if he did not already have in place a developed mechanism to supply them.
Now the ruling junta in Ukraine has to be US and UK puppets because it's the only place they can go for any money. It's also been reported that Soros-controlled NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) and US AID money was responsible for the coup in Ukraine because the Ukrainians on their own would not have been able to get rid of the Ukrainian president Yanukovych, since he was nothing more or less than Uncle Vladâs stooge.
What softened his regime and what made him untenable didn't have anything to do with any military operation, but it was the enormous amount of fraud he committed against the Ukrainian state treasury.
That's what gave Ukrainian nationalists â who were nothing but fronts for Western interests â the opportunity to get rid of him. He dislodged himself because he became no longer credible internationally when it was revealed the extent of the fraud he committed.
It will never be known but it was certainly in the billions. He supposedly had $4 billion in offshore accounts plus he had spent another billion on various forms of chattels which were in Ukraine or in Russia.
