US Nanny State:Guns, Marijuana & Future of America (continued) by AL MARTIN (AL MARTIN RAW)
That's what the Obama Regime is waiting for.
The NRA already said they wouldn't challenge it and none of the mainstream gun owner groups will challenge it, but if some nutty patriot camo survivalist outfit tries to challenge it constitutionally (which I doubt, since they can't even raise the money to pay a lawyer to do it) the regime is going to single them out, as being examples of mentally unbalanced that they don't want owning guns.
That's going to cast a wide net, and it's a smart thing politically and also it's smart in terms of law enforcement and civil stability.
The gun ban law passed by the New York state legislature will be upheld in New York, since New York and Connecticut is where you have the largest concentration of anti-gun liberals in the country. They support that kind of legislation.
The fact that New York is going to do everything it can to prevent people from owning firearms -- who's actually surprised by that?
Who's going to challenge it in a state where three quarters of the people want to ban pea shooters?
