Why is Ryan McCarthy sucking up to the prosecution and the powers that be, protecting satanic ritual abuse in California, while prosecuting Christians like Richard Hamlin?)

Dear Editor,

I am writing to protest the incorrect, biased, and unethical reporting by Ryan McCarthy of my criminal case.

I have no illusions that the press is here to tell my side of the false allegations that have been made against me. However, I do expect that reporters, even Ryan McCarthy, would at least adhere to some minimal journalistic ethics.

On Thursday, 6/30/05, McCarthy reported on alleged claims that Judge Keller had ruled would not be admissible. The Court agreed with my defense motion that my Jury should not hear the unsubstantiated claims. The sole reason of making that motion now, before the trial begins, is so that inadmissible evidence will not wrongly influence a Jury panel.
