Trust Dianne Feinstein? Yeah right.

From my perspective, all of the many arguments for gun control come down to one thing... 'trust your government.'

That is about the most absurd thing anyone could imply.

If we wanted to, we could go back just 100 years to the illegal founding of the Federal Reserve, continue on up to today and make a list of a hundred, a thousand reasons not to trust our government and every one of them grounded in fact.

The list would be redundant. The reasons are not new. Governments repeatedly abuse what little trust the average person may have for them using the same motives and techniques. There's nothing new under the sun certainly applies.

What's strange in this gun control issue is that it aligns us with folks whose ideas we don't care for that much.
