An eyewall replacement cycle disrupted the intensification, but caused the storm to nearly double in size. Katrina again rapidly intensified, attaining Category 5 status on the morning of August 28 and reached its peak strength at 1:00 p.m. CDT that day, with maximum sustained winds of 175 mph (280 km/h) and a minimum central pressure of 902 mbar."
Remember X Wars?

"Special secret mode of conducting wars. This concept was developed, when it became clear that direct military conflict will inevitably result in nuclear self-destruction. Then the idea appeared that the battle can be conducted while pretending that the conditions of peace are being maintained. In fact, the war is going on, but by the other, 'quiet' means.
"They include the methods of economic and financial diversions, information-psychological technologies aimed at degrading the social structure of the attacked people. Biological diversions infected cattle or agricultural plants or even people, not by some disease causing death, but by an infection planting panic and confusion within the society. Certainly, technical devices causing accidents not only to planes, but to power systems might be created. During the period of 'Cold War' much money was invested into the development of the X-war methods and technologies."
We suspect the storm, Sandy, was a X Wars / Weather Modification / Social Engineering Event serving multiple agendas. Some links we found useful the past week days include:

And what about the firemen? How many died on 9/11? Then Flight 587 crashed into Queens two months later. And now 111 homes burned to the ground in Queens, in the next village over from where the plane crashed, an area which happens to be home to many firemen and other first responders.
What a remarkable coincidence. It seems as though certain forces really don't like FIRE FIGHTERS, doesn't it??
Would those forces be God or Mother Nature? Or some other sort of forces that really like fires?
From a social engineering perspective, the storm facilitated many things:
* Stress & relief cycle (Tavistock) by the buildup to the storm and media coverage
* Disruption and displacement of populations, making them more dependent on others for help
* Damage to infrastructure and electronics from highly corrosive salt water
* Massive distraction from other matters of critical importance
* Possible disruption of the election
* The storm facilitated an emphasis on obeying authorities
"The most important message that I have for the public right now is, please listen to what your state and local officials are saying. When they tell you to evacuate, you need to evacuate. Do not delay. Don’t pause; don’t question the instructions that are being given, because this is a serious storm and it could potentially have fatal consequence if people haven’t acted quickly." -- Obama
The population is malleable and on the move, or in this case, stranded. Social engineers like people that way because it makes them easier to manipulate.
One way to manipulate the natural human tendency to trust is by breaking down trust. You break down trust by breaking down society. You break down society by breaking down the family. You break down the family by making it difficult for the family to survive.
There are many ways to do this. You might start a war and make them refugees. You might make it difficult for the family to survive by increasing economic pressures, crime, drugs, etc. You might get people all hopped up on sex and fantasies so they lose track of their priorities and break trust with each other.
Whatever method you choose, you keep the pressure on relentlessly. These relentless forces pull families apart. Once you pull the families apart and get them on the move, people become more vulnerable and easier to manipulate.
Then you reprogram them. You tell them who to blame. You pit them against each other. It becomes easier and easier as the people forget how to be any other way.
Strong families are the first line of defense against social engineering. Therefore strong families are also the UNDECLARED MORTAL ENEMY of social engineers....
It is all about creating a cycle of STRESS AND RELIEF, a cycle that never ends.
As of today, stress is building in some places. "Fury" builds on Staten Island at the Red Cross response, an "absolute disgrace."

Police troopers have been deployed to NJ gas stations. People waiting hours for some fuel. Fights are breaking out.

And a NEW storm bringing freezing temps threatens to pile on...
People in NY are very frustrated and wondering What's Wrong With This Country?
People should understand that the SOCIAL ENGINEERS love to treat them like LAB RATS. That is why things don't make sense. That is why help fails to reach the people in need, even in the US.
Doesn't it seem that after every disaster, aid fails to reach the people in need?
Does anyone question how this can be, how the learning curve for post-disaster management remains inexplicably steep, time after time?
